The following rules are to be abided by at all times. This contract is in effect immediately for the Spring 2008 Softball season.

You are responsible for any and all members’ behavior. This includes but is not limited to parents, players, and coaches. If one of
your members is not acting in an appropriate manner you will need to ask this person to leave the park. If this situation continues it
could result in a permanent removal of you and your team from SCRA. We focus on having a family park and any unacceptable
behavior is not allowed!!

You are responsible for any and all members’ cleanliness and damages. This includes but is not limited to parents, players, and
coaches. You are to make sure that you leave the park/field/dugout/parking lot in the same shape you found it in. All trash will be
discarded and all equipment will be placed back in the concession stand the same way it was found. If your members make any
damages you are responsible for the repair/replacement/or cost of the damage. If this is not done this could result in a permanent
removal of you and your team from SCRA. NO Exceptions will be made!

All practice schedules will be handled through the Park Commissioner. If a field is available do not assume that it is open for
you…. you must contact the commissioner to reserve that field for practice. Any conflict in practice schedules will be handled
through the park commissioner. No Exceptions!
