


| T-Ball Rules |
No score will be kept. Each batter will bat off the tee and will swing until the ball is hit into fair territory. The game will be called after 35 minutes of playing time; however, the current inning must be completed and ALL girls must have had a turn at bat at least once. On Offense, all players bat each inning and sides rotate once all players have batted. This continues until the time limit. All players play defense, maximum of 5 players in front of the bases (1st base, 2nd base, 3rd base, shortstop, pitcher position). All other players must be play at least even to or behind the bases. No defensive player may cross the home plate arch until after the ball is batted. Three defensive coaches are permitted on the playing field to direct play (one in left field and one in right field). Three offensive coaches are permitted on the playing field. AT NO TIME shall a coach intentionally touch a live ball or interfere with defensive play. Coaches may run alongside a runner but may not pick them up or otherwise physically carry the runner to base. Time should be called by parent/umpire when a defensive player in the infield has possession of the ball and has stopped the lead runner. No circle ball. A request to reschedule a game must be received by the commissioner 2 days prior to the scheduled game. Games will not be canceled due to weather prior to 4 p.m. All players will receive a treat after each game. Infractions or questions about these rules should be directed to the park commissioner.
